An investigation I did for Alaska Public Media, with our partners at American Public Media, found that GOP Gov. Mike Dunleavy's new "pro-family" policy advisor had aired shocking views on his podcast.
Who hired this guy and failed to ask him about his views on the family views he was hired to present? Why was he allowed to resign if Dunleavy is so bothered by the disclosures here? Excellent investigative work by Nat and Curtis.
Thank you, Nat, for revealing the abhorent “philosophy” of this Dunleavy appointee. It is disappointing that the only disavowal on record from the Governor’s office is through a spokesperson. I hope you and other journalists will have the chance to directly ask Gov. Dunleavy to repudiate the values stated by his appointee.
